I moved to a city without sea and somehow stayed for five years. Madrid is where I studied Advertising and Public Relations, and despite always swearing I’d never do a master’s, I ended up with two. Almost for free. Ironically on-brand, right?

At university I did an intership at El Estudio, and during my last year, when Covid hit, I found myself juggling those internships, my degree, and my first Master in the evenings: A Digital Arts one at Voxelschool. Good times? Debatable. Character-building? Definitely.

I spent that year entering every creative contest I could to build a portfolio and kick-start my career. Plot twist: the one I actually won sent me back to studying… this time at Miami Ad School.

After that, I joined Entretanto Madrid, where I learned to love branding with a special obsession for craft. Then in 2022 came Amsterdam: I volunteered at The Flying Pig Uptown, climbed my way up to graphic designer, and a year later joined the Switch Program, which teamed me up with Pepijn, now my creative partner.

Together we worked in places like: Het PR Bureau, where I learnt about events and the impact of influencers; Superheroes Amsterdam where digital is first and possibilities to have fun with OOH where our daily basis; and TBWA Neboko, the place where our concepting skills where more developed
